Delhi NCR: Living upto its commitment to making available low cost homes for the differently-abled, the Confederation of Real Estate Developer’s Association of India (CREDAI) has undertaken projects which will cater to the needs of this class. Residential apartments for the differently-abled will be constructed at affordable prices in the National Capital Region. Moreover care has been taken to construct the residential spaces in a disable-friendly manner with provisions for healthy and favorable living. This project has been undertaken in collaboration with the HFHI (Habitat for Humanity India). CREDAI NCR, being one of the major initiators of this project, also happens to be the primary funding resource to carry forward this proposal.Residential projects for the differently abled have been undertaken on humanitarian grounds.
