5 New Sub-cities Planned by DDA

DDA-will-create-new-sub-citDelhi: More housing units are expected to arrive in and around Delhi as the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has planned to build 5 new sub-cities across the territory in the line of Dwarka and Rohini. DDA’s policy had arrived long back when it had made plans to acquire large tracts of land to overcome the soaring demands of dwelling units. However due to tough land acquisition procedure, it had not been able to work it out up to the mark. But now the DDA has come up with new land pooling policy in which small parcels of land are assembled to bigger portions and used for development and a share of it is give back to the owners. The land pooling concept is helping the authority to acquire lands easily and hence demands of affordable housing units can be solidified.Last decade was hard as DDA was unable to deliver the needed number of houses but with the creation of new sub cities, homes for more than 70 lakh people will be furnished (as predicted). The policy suggests that the private developers will be able to retain 40% of land if the development is between 3-20 hectares and 60% if it’s more than 20 hectares. The rest of the part is given back to the owners, which they can further use or sell. DDA is anticipating good public participation with lands to be given for pooling and suggestions for improvement.займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
