Noida city will be going green soon with the expansion of the trees and green parks. Noida Authority is planning to develop 27 parks comprising of around 4 lakh trees. The parks will be constructed in different locations of Noida.According to the chairperson of Noida Authority, the parks will be constructed on 152 acres of land and the size of these 27 new parks will range between 1 acre and 29 acres of land. The development process of the parks has already started. As per the sources the parks will come up in Sector 27, 54, 76, 77, 78, 119 and many such locations. The authority is aiming to construct 4 lakh different trees.The parks would mostly comprise of medicinal plants and medicinal shrubs. 25,000 of plants and trees are of remedial properties which can be used for curing ill health. Sources said that the medicinal parks will be constructed at the budget of Rs. 25 crore. The city authority has also decided to build herbal park in Sector 91 which would be spread over 29 acres of land.The authority is also planning to come up with a theme park which would be one of the biggest theme parks in NCR of over 42 acres of land.
