The Supreme Court recently declared its support for the Noida land acquisition order which was earlier supported by the Allahabad high court.According to the court order, 10% of the developed land will be handed over to the farmers.According to the Supreme Court the decision made by the High court regarding the land acquisition in Greater Noida Extension is a correct verdict. The land acquisition decision will however not be canceled, the Allahabad high court advocate said.As per the court order, the farmers will receive 64% of the development of compensation which means around Rs. 850 to Rs. 1400 per sq yd will be provided to them. The farmers will also receive 10% of the land developed.The judgment was earlier challenged by Noida and Great Noida authorities. 850 petitions were actually filed but the group of farmers however filed 350 petitions.The advocate of Allahabad high court said that further there will be no obstacle in any construction activities.According to the sources, the farmers will again file a petition against the recent decision and will present it in front of the higher judges of high bench.Previously is this year, the Supreme Court had also supported the high court’s decision of directing the government authorities to recompense the farmers who got hold of the land in Noida and Greater Noida with additional compensation of 64.7% This order of high court was challenged by the authorities of Noida and Greater Noida.займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
