The new automated system will make sure that the citizens do not have to wait for the land related transactions for long time at the Tehsil offices.According to the state revenue minister, by eliminating the role of the middlemen, the can keep a check on fraudulent act and offer speedy and accurate services to the people.After the introduction of e-mutation, they are planning to introduce ‘e-chavdi’ which will maintain details about the land-related transactions.The director of land records and state settlement commissioner said that talathis till now used to prepare the 7/12 extract manually however with e-mutation, they can now generate the 7/12 extract easily through the automated process.The number of errors will be drastically reduced, as the online entry made by the tehsil can be seen by the circle officer and will be visible on the server also.
