Mumbai: From April 2015, citizens can effortlessly register their names online in Record of Rights which is commonly known as 7/12 extract. After registering the purchase deed, rather than visiting the Tehsildar or Talathi office for carrying out land mutation on the 7/12 extract, citizens can follow electronic process from April.The settlement officer said that presently citizens have to make numerous visits to the office for the mutation process; however the online system will eliminate their direct contact. If there are no objections, citizens can obtain a certified copy from the Talathi office, citizen’s Service Centre or Setu Kendra within two weeks.According to the principal secretary of the revenue, citizens who access through internet will get a code number and can obtain all the necessary information from the Mahabhoomi website.Land records of around 127 talukas have been digitized and records of 102 talukas have already been put up on the state data centre. Digitization of 358 talukas’ land records will probably get completed by this year end.According to the settlement officer, after recording the sales/purchase deed with the registrar’s office, it will be communicated electronically to the revenue staff associated with the e-mutation process. The department will ensure that all the corrections are made and then only the data gets uploaded.The state revenue department has already started with the training for running e-mutation process to the talathis, tehsildars and other circle officers.The department will have to make sure that the stake holders are notified and investigation is carried out whenever needed.займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
