The new housing scheme launched by Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) will allow the prospective homebuyers to book as well as make payment for the flats online. The development authority initiated this online procedure from 3rd of November.YEIDA has started this online service for its multi storey housing plan, Yamnotri Housing Scheme, located in Sector 22A. The CEO of YEIDA said that there is no need for the prospective homebuyers to visit the development authority office in Greater Noida, it can apply for the flat and make the payment for the same through the online process. The facility is anticipated to help around 25,000 people. Apart from the prospective investors who will be investing in this zone, allottees for residential, commercial, group hosing categories of plot, industrial and institutional can also get benefited by this facility.According to the officials, the applicants can make their payment via debit, credit cards and net banking process. The development authority has roped in 20 banks (both private and public) for the debit payment service. Allottees can also view property related details on their official website. If the buyers or investors do not want to pay online then they can even download the file and make physical payment at bank.The authority is planning to launch more services through online process in the next phase.Prospective investors can log on to the official YEIDA website, http://yamunaexpresswayauthority.com where a pop-up box will appear displaying the currently launched online service.
