The authority of Noida is planning to revise the building bylaws, in order to bring abadi lands in villages in picture. The Greater Noida Authority keeps an eye on all construction activities that take place in villages, however the rules and regulations of the urban development and municipal corporations is not applicable to abadi lands. The authority has decided to modify the bylaws because despite of the orders from the government of Uttar Pradesh, extensive unauthorized occupation has taken place on abadi lands. Currently the authorities were notified about the illegal construction carried out on abadi lands in village.According to the officials, the construction has not only crossed the permissible limits but the numbers of floors are also illegally constructed. In few of the villages 14 floor building were built without taking permission of the authorities. These properties were priced with premium rates. The officials further said that there are around 80 villages in Noida and majority of them have urban expansions. The abadi land in the village is separated for occupation and is only available for non-agricultural purposes. The abadi land is actually not considered in building bylaws and building norms set by the authority. There is also no need for taking approval for construction by applying for building sanction plans.According to the special duty officer of Noida Authority, the modification will take place. However, they are working on new proposal of building bylaws for the abadi lands in villages which would be finalized very soon. The state government will be informed about the change in bylaws before it gets implemented.займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
