Hyderabad: The government of Andhra Pradesh has been asked to hand over the duty of negotiating with farmers for land pooling to private firms, as the government is looking for various methods of land pooling for its new capital city.A private brainstorming session was conducted in Hyderabad in which the state government officials discussed about the land pooling issues with the senior officials of other states where new townships and capital cities will be formed. The proposal for involving private firms for land pooling was suggested by a team of government officials from Punjab as they had followed the same technique for the Naya (New) Chandigarh that is set close to Chandigarh. The government has tied up with private companies like Oman constructions and DLF to look after the land pooling process for eco-city and medi-city projects on approximately 1,600 areas of land, the work is in progress. The duty of the government was only to set up the rules with respect to land pooling while the private firms negotiated with the farmers by taking help of aggregators who work as network. Around Rs. 25,000 was given to the aggregators as incentive for each acre acquired under land pooling. However, once the land gets developed, about 40% of it will be handed over again to the owners.According to a report, Andhra Pradesh government still has to take the final decision regarding the suggestion kept forward by the Punjab government which had assigned the task of land pooling to private agencies for Naya Chandigarh.займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
