Delhi/NCR: New committee formed by the Urban Local Bodies of department will be now onwards approving the building plan for plots. The new panel would comprise of Municipal Corporation of Gurgaon (MCG) chief engineer, senior town planner, chief town planner and others.A senior official from the office of chief town planner said that getting building plans sanctioned from this committee will be a monotonous and time-consuming process. However, it is accepted that systematic and detailed analysis is required for huge group housing projects or commercial projects but in case of sanctioning building plans for small projects, following this lengthy process doesn’t seem to be a better option.The senior official further said that not only the big projects but even small projects of say 50 sq yards plot area will have to follow the extended process; they have to get the building plans approved through the panel in charge, before the MCG commissioner agrees or rejects the building plan. The process will include physical verification of the project site by panel, followed by physical proof of documents as well as the general approval process which makes the building plan sanction procedure lengthy and time-consuming as compared to the earlier process when the joint commissioner was in command.According to the Urban Local Bodies director, the main objective behind forming such panel is to bring transparency in the entire building plan process of the verification since they have received many complaints about not following the rules properly while passing the building plans.займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
