Delhi/NCR: Plot owners in Greater Noida will be taken aback if Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) makes alteration in the building regulations. According to the sources, a new scheme presented by GNIDA which is expected to get approved by the next board meeting will make it compulsory for the land owners of this zone to construct the building plan which is approved on the plot within 5 years of allotment. If any plot owner fails to do so, their allotment will be cancelled and the plot will be confiscated by the authority.GNIDA last year in June had planned to make a regulation according to which the allottees will have to build on total 100 % of area permitted under Floor Area Ratio (FAR) on their plot within 2 years of allotment. The city of Greater Noida which came into existence in January 1991 has fallen almost 25% below of its targeted population. The proposal of revising the building regulation is made in order of land speculation and is an effort to meet the target population. However most of the allottees are still doubtful about the effectiveness of this government’s move to accomplish the goal. One of the property owners said that with these bylaws, the government will neither be able to control the speculation nor boost habitation; it would only increase the financial load.An official said that after getting approval from the Authority Board, the proposal will be sent for the approval from the state government.займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
