YEIDA Dues Can Be Now Paid Online

YEIDADelhi/NCR:  Now there is no need for the land allottees of Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) to wait in long queues to pay the dues as the government body has started with online process that will help the allotttees to conveniently pay their taxes at anytime and from anywhere. This new online system will also reduce the tiresome manual work.The officials said that with respect to this online facility, a presentation was prepared in the Authority’s office.  To provide this service, the development authority will go partners with ICICI bank. Once the software gets launched, apart from the potential investors in this zone, it will also benefit the 25,000 allottees of YEIDA that comprise of residential, commercial, group housing and industrial categories of land.According to the officials, land allottees who have bank account in ICICI bank will be offered with direct debit service while the rest of allottees can pay their dues through credit cards.  The software will be soon integrated with direct debit facility of 46 other banks which will provide the service to more allottees.The software will later be upgraded which will allow making payments of different types and receipts with the help of Real Time Gross Settlement (RTGS) system and through National Electronic Fund Transfer (NEFT, wide payment system that facilitates one-to-one transfer of fund will also be executed.Apart from paying the dues, the online system will also allow the allottees to know their payment status. Allottees can make their online payment by logging in to their official website, http://yamunaexpresswayauthority.com.
