Bangalore: The renowned Bangalore-based real estate firm, Embassy Group is all set to expand its presence in the hospitality segment. According to the Managing Director and Chairman of Embassy Group, their real estate firm has allied with Hilton to come up with a hotel in Bangalore and further planning to develop its next hotel project in Manyata Tech Park in Bangalore itself.Apart from the above ventures, Embassy Group is also considering to purchase a property where the Four Seasons hotel is situated which demands an investment of Rs. 600 crore. Currently, this prime real estate firm declared its launch of Hilton Hotel in Bangalore. The hotel is spread across 4 acres of land, comprising 247 hotel rooms. The company has invested Rs. 350 crore for this hospitality project.With the launch of this project, the real estate firm now offers in total, 2,000 hotel rooms across India. Embassy Group is also discussing with various other hotel brands of India to spread out its hospitality presence in the country.Vice President, operation at Hilton Worldwide – India said that in this year, October, Embassy Group will be launching its hotel brand, Double Tree in Agra while next year it will be launching, Conrad hotel brand in Pune. He further said that they are discussing with various Indian companies for developing their various hotel brands in India.
