The Noida Authority is planning to change the usage of Special Economic Zone (SEZ) land of Master Plan 2031, on Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. The authority has asked to put forth any suggestions or objections regarding its decision of changing the use of 1000 hectare SEZ land for mixed-use development. The officials said that in 2006 the land was announced to be used for SEZ purpose and was allocated to Reliance ADAG and other 9 IT companies but as the government changed in 2007, the proposal of SEZ was rejected declaring that it did not qualify Centre’s principles and infringed the provisions. After going through numerous critical situations, finally in September 2011, the whole project was sought by the Noida Authority with an intention to utilize it. According to officials, the land has remained unused and inoperative for many years but now the government has decided to change its utilization and use it for commercial, industrial as well as residential purpose. The authority has also thought of allocating 5 per cent of the plots which are developed to the farmers in place of the land acquired by them for development purpose in that particular location. The authority had asked for the suggestion regarding the change of land proposal through a public notice, during early July. The official declared that the suggestions will be considered and the objections will be clarified after which the change of land use will be reported in the Master Plan 2031.займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
