New Delhi: Tata Housing, real estate arm of Tata Group has planned to invest Rs. 600 crore in over next 4 years for its upcoming project in Gurgaon. With this luxurious residential project, the company will be launching its fourth project in the Delhi-NCR market.With an intention to expand its presence in this region, Tata Housing has once again planned to develop the project in Gurgaon. This posh residential project called, Arabella will comprise of 150 villas, priced around Rs. 3 to Rs. 8 crore.According to a statement presented by this real estate firm, Tata Housing Development Company will be launching this project to strengthen its presence in premium class housing segment in NCR. However the total cost of the project has not been declared yet, but according to the sources, the real estate company will be investing around Rs. 600 crore in around 4 years for the development of this high-end luxury housing project.Arabella will be spread across 35 acres of land, located in Gurgaon-Sohna Road. The project will be exclusively designed by the renowned architects Perkins Eastman from USA.Tata Housing, a subsidiary of Tata Group has till date over 70 million sq ft of projects under different stages of planning, execution and construction. Apart from this, the real estate company has still 19 million sq ft projects in pipeline.Tata housing has already laid its foundation in cities like Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Bangalore, Kolkata, Gurgaon, Ahmedabad, Goa and Bhubaneswar.
