Greater Noida: Less than 35% Allocated Industrial Plots is Utilized

industrial-plotAccording to a report, only 35% of the allotted industrial plots in Greater Noida is being keenly used. Expressing grief over the reality, Noida Entrepreneurs Association (NEA) said that out of the 2,248 industrial plots approved by the authority, only 771 plots are being used actively. According to NEA, the reason behind this situation is increased registration rates of plots, shortage of amenities and facilities where the plots are allocated which in turn, discourages and stops the investors from setting up their venture in the area. The Noida entrepreneurs wrote a letter to authority chairman stating to settle down the land registration cost and to provide improved infrastructure in and surrounding the industrial plots to catch the attention of investors. NEA has also planned to appeal to the state government to implement more industrial-friendly set up in Gautam Budh Nagar. The President of NEA said that according to the 2012 Industrial Policy, the plots was to be registered at genuine selling rate but as per the notice of August 2013, the plots would be registered, 6 months later the allocation is made at circle rates.  He further said, if the registration charges are a bit relaxed then hundreds of more industrial companies would get registered. However due to the high rate, the plots are not getting registered, at present. He also said that they request the authority to at least undertake industrial-friendly approach and provide basic facilities like proper roads, sewage system, electricity and water supply. The industrialists are paying for all these even when they are not utilizing the industrial plots.займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
