ahmedabad corridorResidential as well as commercial projects, including Central Business District, Special Transit Oriented Development zone, and the exclusive affordable residential zone which is approximately worth Rs. 500 crore is put off in Ahmedabad. The urban development department of the state has made it compulsory to obtain a local area plan prior to the development process in these zones. The urban development department has sent a written request to the Ahmedabad Urban Development Authority (AUDA) and Municipal Corporation of the city asking them to stop the development process of all the soaring buildings around the transit corridor for which temporary permissions were granted. Real estate developers who plan to get benefited with the Floor Space Index (FSI) 4 declared for the structures around the BRTS and the forthcoming Metro Corridor may have to keep their idea on hold for some time. The passage on both the sides of BRTS corridor which is 200 metres wide was apparently going to boast both residential as well as commercial towers. However the plan is now put on hold.According to the senior official of urban development department, the total permissions are with respect to FSI of 1.8 for the coming 4 months after which the department will sanction FSI 4 for the transit corridor. The GIHED President said that before sanctioning the GDCR, the officials should have verified about the local area plans. He further said that it is not appropriate, after so many months to bring in the clause as it may prove to be a major loss for the real estate developers and may put them into dilemma.займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
