Value and Budget Housing Corporation Now Will Offer Mid-Income Homes

vbhcBangalore: The founder of reputed software firm, Mphasis, Jerry Rao who is also the executive chairman of Value and Budget Housing Corporation (VBHC), is planning to offer mid income homes in the city of Bangalore, under this real estate brand. This realty company is known to provide affordable homes and now is foraying in the mid-income category.VBHC was initially set up to provide homes that are priced below Rs. 35 lakh. Now this firm will be presenting residences that would range between Rs. 40 lakh to Rs. 50 lakh. The Chief Operating Officer of VBHC said that the company is looking forward to incur revenue of around 20% from the mid income segment while 80% will be incurred from the affordable segment. Earlier the company generated total 100% revenue from the affordable housing.The company will be soon launching its first mid-income housing project in Bangalore’s Whitefield area. The project will be a joint venture with a Mumbai based real estate firm, Axis Space. The project will be built on 2.06 acres of land and will boast 224 residential units.The apartments in mid-income segment are 20% larger than the 2BHK apartments that are offered in affordable segment which is of 650 to 750 sq ft area.Till date, VBHC has launched around 8 affordable housing projects which boast over 3600 units out of which 1400 units are already delivered while the remaining will be given away by next 1 and half year.The projects were developed in prime locations like Bangalore, Mumbai, Chennai and National Capital Region.займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
