Noida Planning to Cut Down the Circle Rates

NoidaFailure in achievement of the aimed annual revenue has led to a situation where the department is planning to slash the circle rates particularly is commercial and group housing segment. The senior department officials stated that due to the sudden rise in the circle rates, they were unable to generate the required revenue. For the fiscal year 2013-14, the revenue which was set for Gautam Budh Nagar was Rs. 1,536.60 crore but till January, the department was able to incur only revenue of around Rs 1,083 crore. The number of property bookings has also come down due to the hike in circle rates in past few months. In 2012-13, the department was able to earn only Rs. 1,015 crore whereas the target was set for Rs. 1,835.30 crore. In group housing sector, for additional facilities like clubhouse, swimming pool etc. the department charges 5% extra which means if the circle rate is Rs. 55,000 sq m, the buyer ultimately have to pay 25% extra that is Rs. 67,500 per sq m just to get benefited for extra 5 facilities. It is really injustice for the buyers hence they have decided to restrict the charges for these facilities. For commercial sector the circle rates are expected to be reduced by at least 10%.According to the officials, the rise in the circle rates for housing segment will depend on lease rent, the difference between the rates. The realty experts had criticized the earlier scheme but they are satisfied with the new policy and suggested that this good time for making investments.займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
