Silverglades, a recognized real estate firm based in Gurgaon has very thoughtfully planned to launch a premium residential project in Gurgaon that would comprise of exclusive apartments specially designed for the senior citizens. This real estate company will be investing around, Rs. 350 crore to build up this residential project. The company will be joining hands with a non-profit institute called Age Ventures which would be looking after the management of the apartments for the elderly people.The project would be constructed on 17.5 acres of land and would comprise of 750 dwelling units, out of which 156 flats will be reserved for senior citizens. The Director of Silverglades said that they have tied with this non-profit organization that would manage the 156 apartments and will also assist in designing and marketing of these exclusive apartments. He also confirmed that their company would be on the whole investing around Rs. 300 to 350 crore to come up with this project which would include the cost of developing senior living community too.This real estate company has till date developed couple of projects in Gurgaon and is currently developing a 280 acre township project in Ludhiana.This would be the third project of Age Ventures after its first two projects in Bangalore and Jaipur respectively.
