Kolte-Patil Developers Limited, renowned real estate firm, headquartered in Pune is all set to expand its presence in the financial capital, Mumbai. The company has signed agreements for two redevelopment projects which are present in the Western suburbs of the city. Very soon after the announcement of its first redevelopment project on Mumbai’s Khar-Linking Road, the company decided to sign two more redevelopment projects.Kolte-Patil Developers in a press release said that the two projects located in the western suburbs are developed on a total space of about 600,000 sq ft area.Out of the two redevelopment projects, Jay Vijay CHS would be the company’s first project which is located at Ville Parle East. This project has a total plot area of around 8,979 sq m and has a total area of around 3.4 lakh sq ft. While Jumbo Darshan is the second redevelopment project undertaken by the company, located in Andheri East. This project has a total plot size of 7,077 sq m with an overall area of 2.6 lakh sq ft approximately.The CEO of Kolte- Patil Developers Limited on signing of these two redevelopment projects said that they are quite contented to undertake these redevelopment projects as this will help them to expand their horizons further in Mumbai.
