New Delhi: To increase the number of affordable housing units, as a part of Rajiv Awas Yojana scheme, Affordable Housing in Partnership has been brought into action by the States/ UTs in association with private or public sector and parastatal authorities like housing boards and municipal authorities. Union Minister of Housing & Urban Poverty Alleviation (HUPA) had declared about this housing plan in writing to a query raised in Rajya Sabha.According to the Minister, as per the housing scheme Rs. 75,000 of grant aid for every EWS and LIG housing unit of around 40 sq m will be provided for residential and internal expansion components with an aim to push the private sector to come up with affordable housing units. As per the scheme, each project should construct around 250 housing units to get profited by the benefits provided by the housing scheme. The project can have a combination of housing units belonging to categories like EWS, LIG- A, LIG-B and Higher segment and can also include commercial properties, out of which FAR or FSI of 60% should be utilized for the residences whose carpet area is less than or equal to 60 sq m in order to get benefited by the offers presented by the scheme. Apart from this, out of the total residential units, 35% of the units should be of 21 to 27 sq m carpet area belonging to EWS segment.The affordable housing scheme has been declared with respect to the increasing demand and its execution depends on the States commitment to organize financial as well as technical resources for both private and public sector.займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
