Bangalore Development Authority All Set for the New Master Plan

BDAThe city of Bangalore is ready to welcome the improved Master Plan 2031 which serves as a visualization of the city development, a decade before. This new Master Plan will be describing the land use and define zones for the city’s spread out.The development authority of the city which is responsible for the Master Plan revision for every 10 years has handed over the documentation work, following the tender regulations to DHV India Private Limited which is based in Delhi.According to a town planning member of the Bangalore Development Authority, the concerned consultancy will initiate the development work by organizing study map as per the satellite images. This mega project which will cost around Rs. 14 crore and is expected to get completed within 2 years. The Master Plans are basically an idea which shows that how the city will look after the development within the given timeframe. However the Master Plan does not seem to appeal to the urban experts. The city is facing hell lot of problems like traffic congestion, potholed roads, shortage of concrete roads and garbage overflow, all these factors are just contempt to the development plan.Unfortunately the urban experts feel that the Master Plans are not dynamic, they generally focus on the land use plan which doesn’t have much scope. Commenting on this, one of the BDA official said that the new master plan will not slip up as the past and for that reason they have asked the consultants to prepare is such a way that it offers potential transformation. Master Plan 2031 will also focus on getting inputs from the general public.займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
