Ahmedabad: National and International Developers are interested in the development of commercial and residential building in the (Gujarat International Finance Tech-city) GIFT city in Gujarat. The announcement of national and international developers’ interest in project was declared by the GIFT.The company recently floated Request-for-Proposal (REP) seeking interested developers for development of commercial and residential building in special Economic zone (SEZ) of GIFT and non-SEZ areas to create top-notch infrastructure in the region to aid the development growth of the city.The Pre-bid meeting regarding these proposals was held on December 2013, which invited many interested developers to visit GIFT city t explore the opportunity, numerous developers visited the city on the meeting day and after the meeting.GIFT city is a product of the Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi envisioned as a financial hub but it was still in the sack. Many builders and developers have shown their interest in the development of GIFT city.Ajmera Realty, Arihant Developers Abhilasha Realty, Backbone Projects, BU Bhandari Landmarks, BPC projects, Heritage, Hiranandani, Lodha Godrej, Sarthak, Sangath, Sun Builders eare few of the leading developers who have shown their interest in the project development.GIFT has decided to invite developers for the development of commercial and residential complexes withing GIFT city.
