GHMC Approved Compensation for Acquired Properties

hyderabad-cityHyderabad: The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Standing Committee has cleared a proposal for the payment of compensations of the several property owners who have lost their land or buildings in the acquisition process. These lands and properties have been acquired by the GHMC for various civic development projects in the city.The standing committee also approved the issuance of No-Objection Certificates to QQSUDA for demolishing of community hall and later to reconstruct it at Malladiki Taleem. The committee also gave a nod to widen of road stretching from Chanchalguda junction to Madanapet graveyard via Saidabad ACP office by sanctioning fund of Rs 4.31 crore.The committee panel approved compensation for about 104.76 square yards of land which has been acquired for the proposed road widening between road not 2, Banjara hills and KBR Park. Various other compensations in various regions have also been sanctioned by the civic body committee which includes Rs 4.36 crore for widening of the road between NFC Culvert and HCL gate at Kapra circle; Rs 3.80 crore for road widening between botanical gardens and Old Bombay road.Not only land compensation has been approved by the civic body, but it has also approved structural compensations for owners whose structures have been acquired for the development.
