Tata housing will be investing an estimated amount of Rs. 2,000 crore for the complete project.The company except of declaring development of 6 residential towers hasn’t declared other project details like the cost per unit and the number of residential units to be constructed. The towers would stand tall as 31 floors to 41 floors. The project will comprise of 2 to 4 BHK condominiums, triplexes, duplexes of 4 and 5 BHK and penthouses. Gateway Towers exclusively designed by Callison, reflects creativity and style.According to the CEO and managing director Tata Housing, this suburban project fits into their plan of coming up with marquee projects which would be situated in prominent metro cities.The location where this project will be launched, Mulund is one of the major suburbs of the financial capital.
