Revenue department has confirmed the sudden spurt in property registrations in the Bangalore suburbs and higher registrations were observed in regions where large tracts of land parcels are available.Officials working in the revenue department said that before December they used to get about 18 to 20 applications but since the January the number of applications have increased to 25 to 30 everyday. The sudden increase in the registrations suggest that the new year has started off with good revenue collection for the civic administration while many experts claimed that it will continue for the first quarter of the year. This sudden increase in the registration is attributed to Karnataka government’s two crucial decisions. Karnataka cabinet has recently given a nod for registration of B-khata sites and also permitted gram Panchayats to issue two important documents which are mandatory for registration of sites. B-khata certificate is issued for the properties which do not have title deeds and deviations and allowing such registration has been the main reason behind this sudden increase in registrations.Registration of B-khata sites is predicted to collect revenue of about Rs 1000 crore for the revenue department in Bangalore.займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
