MUDA Reclaimed Encroached Land in Hinkal

mysore-landMysore: Mysore Urban Development Authority (MUDA) has reclaimed more than two acres of land with the cost of about Rs 6 crore in Hinkal Region. Land reclaimed by the authority is situated in Hinkal region adjacent to the city’s IT industry belt. To reclaim the land MUDA has to take assistance from the police during their drive to re-acquire such lands few days back.MUDA had launched a drive to reclaim the land, under which it has razed eight shed which were established on the land, a prime property situated near the Outer Ring Road. The land reclaimed by the MUDA has significant importance as it is situated in the Primary IT belt of the city in the adjacent region of the ORR.S Palaiah, MUDA commissioner said that the urban, body had initiated a process to acquire 5 acres and 15 guntas in Hinkal region in 1980s but due to the court order 2 acres and 30 guntas were not included in the acquisition process and remaining 2 acres and 23 guntas were acquired by the authority.The land was owned by the MUDA but it was captured by some people who constructed sheds in the property and also constructed a compound wall around the property. Some time ago the construction in this region was halted by the civic authorities.MUDA officials had decided to reclaim this land and for the same they had launched a drive in the morning at 6 am and within three hours they razed of the structures constructed on the land with assistance from the police.займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
