Ghaziabad: The Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) has formed a special cell to help the ailing real estate buyers and investors who have invested in apartments in Ghaziabad city. The special cell will help real estate of Ghaziabad to maintain transparency in the industry and to reduce delays in projects. The GDA has decided to form this cell considering these issues as the main backdrops of the filing real estate growth of Ghaziabad.GDA officer, D P Singh said that as the Apartment Act, 2010 got implemented in the in the city it has given rise to the disputes between apartment owners and real estate developers. To solve such issues in the Ghaziabad city, the formation of the special cell has been taken place concerning the real estate of Ghaziabad.GDA vice chairman Santosh Yadav said that they already had a helpline service for the home owners which is open from Monday to Saturday which assist residents regarding the problem related to the housing and development. Recent implementation of Apartment Act has given rise to the number of complaints due to which it became important to form a special cell to deal with specific problems which fall under the Act.Ghaziabad Development Authority has observed sudden spurt in disputes between realtors and associations, which needs to be resolved and the process is time consuming and very difficult to manage, hence considering all these aspects a special cell has been formed to look after these issues.Special cell of GDA will have Chief architect and town planner S C Gaur as head and zone in-charge and an officer from the property department will complete the three member special cell.займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
