Pune: Pune Municipal Corporation is most like to allow 2.5 Floor Space Index for development of the Pune Mahanagar Parivahan Mahamandal Limited (PMPML) properties. The proposal regarding the development of such properties has been sent for approval by the civic administration. The announcement of such proposal was made by the municipal commissioner at the general body meeting held on Wednesday.In meeting, many corporators demanded the discussion over the proposal but the proposal was already been sent to the state government. The proposal was sent to the state government according to the stated rules regarding the proposal which states that if the general body does not take any action on the proposal for more than 90 days then municipal commissioner has power to send the proposal directly to the state government.The proposal further raised many questions amongst the corporators, but civic administration said that although the proposal was already sent to state government it was tabled in the general body meeting for the information of all the body members.If the additional FSI is allowed for the developments of PMPML properties, it will help create a better infrastructure for the transport utility in the city. Transport Company can also raise some extra funds through the commercial use of such PMPML properties and such additional FSI will only be allowed on properties reserved for PMPML but terminals and depots.Under the proposal of 2.5 Floor Space Index requested by Transport body, the constructions will allot first two floors for the PMPML bus parking while the remaining floors would be used for commercial purposes.займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
