Panaji: The Goa State Infrastructure Development Corporation (GSIDC) has suggested that the government should appoint facility management agencies for various projects in the state. The GSIDC is suggesting that the facility management agencies must be appointed for the projects like Sanskruti Bhavanm, Patto-Panaji, live sciences block, Goa University, South Goa collectorate and Bambolim etc which needs immediate and high level of maintenance in the state.GSIDC officials said that the maintenance level of these prominent and most vital projects is very high which can’t be easily handled by local authorities, hence it has suggested that government should appoint facility management agencies and they have also notified respective institutions for the same. These high level institutes have very sophisticated facilities and their maintenance must not be given to the amateurs or local authorities. These institutes need to be well maintained to make their future maintenance cost lesser, if they are not properly maintained then it can possibly increase the future expenditure of these projects. The institutions spend too much of cost on such repair works which is mostly unnecessary, if maintenance of these projects are done properly then unwanted expenditure over these maintenance can be avoided which could save lot of money.GSIDC also indicated that it is not practically possible for them to provide maintenance services for all the projects that it has constructed. Appointing facility management agencies instead of GSIDC maintaining these properties is much better solution in current situation. GSIDC is also planning to provide maintenance of various bridges to facility management agencies.займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
