Hyderabad: The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) will have to pay more compensation for the acquisition of land or properties by GMHC or other government agencies. The increase in the compensation of acquisitions is a result of recently approved Land Acquisition Bill which will come into force from January 1 2014.The Land Acquisition Bill will help land owners to get t more compensation from the government for the acquisitions of their properties. GHMC has been spends about Rs 300 crore every year for the land acquisitions with new bill coming into force the total compensation will increase to Rs 500 crore.Property owners coming under acquisitions will be major beneficiaries as the compensation for their properties will be increased to 100 per cent from the existing 30 per cent. The civic authorities used to deduct 10.3 per cent of the total compensation offered to the owners as income tax and 20.6 per cent for owners which do not have pan cards.The Metro Rail project in the old city will require land of over 1500 property owners while about 50 owners will lose their land for Tolichowki flyover and another 100 owners’ land will be acquired for the road widening on Raidurg junctuion-University of Hyderabad road.The HMDA is also planning construction of Peripheral Ring Road (PRR), all these property owners whose land or property would be acquired by the HMDA or any other government authority will get the compensation according to the new Land Acquisition Bill.HMDA officials confirmed that the new land acquisition will come into force and compensations will be offered according to the New Acquisition Bill.займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
