Hyderabad: The Secunderabad Cantonment Board (SCB) has razed off about 30 illegal structure situated in the premises of an old grant bungalow (OGB) located at Phool Bagh. The OGB is situated near Bowenpally check-post which had about 30 plus illegal structures, officials of cantonment boards on December 2nd demolished these structures.The demolition of these structures was part of SCB’s actions against the illegal structures situated within its jurisdiction, the demolished structure were identified as illegal and they haven’t been granted any permission to carry out the construction at first stage.SCB officials said that according to the records of the Defense Estates Office (DEO), the OGB is spread over 5.04 acres of land which is also categorized as B-3 Land managed by Defense Estates office.SCB identified over 30 illegal structures in the OGB land which include a hotel, a lodge, along one showroom and a commercial complex. Under the supervision of SCB, the SCB officials demolished these illegal structures on Monday. The demolition was carried out with police protection, which included few of the popular places near Bowepally check-post.The demolition drive is carried out by the SCB officials made it clear that any illegal structure will not be allowed in the premises of OGB which lasted for a whole day and completed by 5 in the evening. Property owners of these buildings said that they were not given sufficient time to vacate the property and the drive stuck them all of a sudden.Gopal Krishna Das, assistant engineer said that eight structures are still need to be demolished but the high court issued a stsy order on the demolition drive by 4 o’clock in the evening.займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
