Lucknow: Lucknow Industrial Development Authority (LIDA) has finalized a plan to develop an integrated industrial township on the Lucknow-Kanpur road. The Lucknow-Kanpur road comes in the proximity of the National Capital Region which is observing huge industrial growth over the past few years. The LIDA’s board of directors gave final nod to the industrial township along the Lucknow-Kanpur road in the last week.The Lucknow Development Authority has also approved the draft master plan-2031 for the industrial corridor on Lucknow-Kanpur road to make it a well planned and developed industrial corridor in the future. The master plan for the corridor has been sketched with futuristic vision which will encourage the developments in different zones allotted on NH-25 – Industrial zones towards Kanpur and Unno regions and tourism and conversation zone near Nawabganj bird sanctuary. LIDA proposed that the zones will be operational with great infrastructure developments according to the draft master plan.LIDA has also invited objections and suggestions from the public which will be considered before finalizing the further process for the approval of master plan.Lucknow-Kanpur industrial corridor was a result of the National Capital Region’s Expansion; the NCR is slowly and steadily shifting its market to the outer more affordable regions.The planned township will be developed on 29996 hectare of land from 84 villages which will house 26 per cent residential, 20 per cent industrial facilities while recreational facilities would be built on 20 per cent land, transportation facilities will be set on 16 per cent land. The township will also have various other facilities which will include 12 per cent public semi public amenities, 4 per cent mixed while 2 per cent will be allotted for commercial purpose area.Under Amritsar-Delhi-Kolkata industrial corridor (ADKIC) project, the state government will most probably provide ‘Early Bird’ status for Allahabad Manufacturing cluster which will be spread over 2500 acre land. займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
