The location witnessed sales of 3,750 units in H1, 2012 whereas in H1, 2013, the sales massively augmented to 14,300 units.According to the consultant, the developers in NCR region are primarily focusing on project completion and delaying the new projects. The slowdown in demand has dropped the sales in some locations but areas like Noida Expressway, Greater Noida and Dwarka Expressway are still continuing to attract the investors. With respect to supply, the launches have increased over 49,000 units in H1, 2013 which is 11% rise in launches as compared to January-June period of 2012. There are around 1.32 lakh units which are unsold stocks. The unsold units comprises of both completed projects and under construction projects. However the NCR residential market observed stability in H1 period of this year.If the residential market of NCR remains stable and the real estate sector is able to bridge the gap between the demand and supply, then there are chances of appreciation in the property prices.займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
