Noida Real Estate Market has recently witnessed the most expensive deal in commercial property which was auctioned off for Rs. 13 crore. The commercial plot in Sector 18 was priced Rs. 13.56 lakh per sq mt, making it a total cost of Rs. 13 crore. According to the Authority chairman, the sale price of plot P-15 in Sector 18 is till date the highest for a commercial property in Noida.Currently the Noida Authority auctioned 32 commercial plots that generated revenue of Rs. 220 crore.The properties that were auctioned off by the Authority were sized around 30 to 200 metres and were located in areas like Sectors 1, 16, 18, 36, 52 and 62.With respect to the special duty, the Authority officer said that from Sector 18, total 10 properties were put on sale. By December end or January starting, the Authority will be coming up with a new auction program. The officer brought into notice that there are still 100 more such properties that have to be put on auction. The city Authority will check and identify more locations where the commercial properties can be sold.According to the officials, for aiding finances to the projects development in this region, the Authority needs to generate a lot of revenue. Funding is much needed for the expansion of Noida Metro.
