Greater Noida: The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) have decided to launch 5 new schemes which will cover residential, industrial, institutional and mixed land use plots categories. The final draft regarding the scheme will be sent to the chairman of the authority. The schemes will be officially launched only after the approval of the YEIDA, chairman.The scheme has been designed with an intention to cater the requirements of all sections of the society. YEIDA will be providing plots at the most affordable rates in Delhi- NCR. One of the schemes would cover 300, 600 and 1,800 sq mts of industrial plots while the other scheme would comprise of plots ranging from 2,100 sq m to 500 acres. It will be for the first time where the authority will be offering mix land use scheme which will permit 20% of residential development on 100 acres of plot. The authority is also planning to come up with multi-storey flat policy that will offer 1 BHK to 4 BHK apartments.With respect to the legal issues, the CEO of the authority said that there will be no land disputes and for the first time the schemes are launched for the lands which are directly purchased from farmers.According to the real estate experts, Yamuna Expressway have been one of the sought after locations for investment due to factors such as affordability and well-developed infrastructure. The launch of these schemes would certainly boost up the slumped real estate market.If the schemes work well then there are chances that this area would prosper with launch of several industrial and residential projects.
