Lucknow Development Authority has decided to come up with a new housing project for the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) of the society. The new residential project in Lucknow by the development authority will be of 12 floors and will also boast elevator (lift) facility. This housing scheme will start from Kabir Nagar Yojna of Para. The development authority is planning to build around 2112 flats for the economically weaker section and low income group under this housing scheme. Earlier they decided to construct only four floors but as the plan for lift facility was added, the number of floors increased to 12. The additional floors and lift will certainly increase the cost of the project. However, LDA will not incur the cost directly from the poor people. It has decided to impose excess expense burden on bigger flats. LDA had constructed affordable homes for poor before also but this will be their first multistoried project. Each of the residential blocks may require at least two lifts and also large amount of fund for the maintenance of the elevator. The maintenance of apartments will be taken care by the development authority itself. Around Rs. 125 crore will be required for development of the project through funds. LDA would get around Rs. 1 lakh every month as interest from this fund which will be used for repair and maintenance of the housing units. Hence the EWS residents will not be required to pay maintenance fee to the authority. There would be total 11 blocks and each block will comprise of around 92 flats and two elevators. In all there would be 22 lifts installed in this affordable housing project.займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
