Uttar Pradesh Tops in New Investments Across India

uttar-pradeshLucknow: Uttar Pradesh has witnessed maximum new investment in the real estate sector. With about 40 per cent share in the overall new investments, Uttar Pradesh topped the list among 20 states across the country. The industry body Associate Chambers of Commerce and Industry of India (ASSOCHAM) stated that Uttar Pradesh received highest new investment in the first quarter of the current fiscal year.Overall investment in the real estate sector was comparatively decreased by about 50 per cent in the past one year. The top 20 states observed the new investment of about Rs 5,884 crore in the current fiscal year which was double in the similar quarter of the preceding fiscal year.The ASSOCHAM released a paper titled “Current State of Real Estate Sector in India and It’s Revival” stated that Uttar Pradesh attracted about Rs 2,350 crore in the first quarter of the current fiscal year.Top 20 states across the country attracted a total of Rs 24 lakh crore in the real estate sector till June 2013.  Uttar Pradesh ranks fifth in the real estate sector with an outstanding investment worth over Rs 1.4 lakh core.Indian construction sector including townships, housing and infrastructure and construction projects has attracted major foreign direct investment (FDI). FDI attracted by real estate sector from 2000 to 2013 were estimated over $ 22 billion in the paper.After Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra state attracted the second highest share of 17 per cent in new investments in realty sector in the first quarter of current fiscal year.Maharashtra state accounted for 20 per cent in outstanding investments which were estimated about Rs 3 lakh crore. Gujarat stood second in outstanding investments with 25 per cent share followed by Haryana at 12 per cent, Karnataka at 12 per cent, Uttar Pradesh at 10 per cent and Andhra Pradesh also at 10 per cent.займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
