Kanpur:Kanpur Development Authority will most probably sanction the regularization of more than 150 private societies in the city. The civic body will propose regularization of these societies in the upcoming meeting of the Kanpur Development Authority. The regularization of these societies would be conditional and when the conditions are worked out properly then the KDA will start the development work in the city.According to the KDA, all these societies are illegal and due to the increasing pressure of their regularization and development work the department has to put the issue in the board meeting. These private societies pay the general taxes hence they are entitled to get proper development. Most of these societies are situated on the Gram Samaj land which was believed to be acquired by KDA.The KDA has prepared a proposal to the societies that they would sell the land for the societies and once these societies buy the land, KDA will take up the development work in the region including the roads, drainage and sewer systems. The department also plans to charge the betterment taxes once these societies buy the lands. The survey was conducted by in 20 such societies which covered societies of Vayu Vihar, Devi Sahay Nagar, Kesa and Gandhi Gram in its first phase.The most of the plots in these societies are given on rents for various tenants hence the department demanded that the rented properties will be sold to its original allottees.The department is also going to discus the issue of sealed under construction buildings of the city in a board meeting.займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
