PCMC Commences Structural Audit with Panel of Seven Engineers

PCMC-auditPune: Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) has decided to commence an audit of civic properties. The audit will include the structural inspection of these civic properties which are aged more than 30 years and still are in working. The first phase of the audit will include civic properties which are standing for more than 30 years and the other important civic properties will be scrutinized in the second phase of the audit.The PCMC has finalized the panel of seven structural engineers who will conduct the audit once the audit process is started. The panel was authorized by the standing committee by approving panel members and audit rates for the private buildings. The civic body will assess the audit of buildings which it owns whereas the privately owned properties will have to pay the assessment according to the rates set by the standing committee for the inspection of the properties.Owners of private buildings will have to do the audit with their own expenses civic body will not be responsible for the assessment of audits done on the private properties. The civic body will never force anybody to carry out the audit, but it is advisable to owners that they must carry out the audit for their building as a precautionary measure.The citizens who want to carry out the audit for their building can contact the engineering department for the details of the audits and structural audit rates.In the second phase of the audit, civic body will conduct the audit on its various important buildings which includes PCMC main office structure, property tax divisional offices, zonal offices, municipal schools, hospitals, dispensaries and auditoriums among others.займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
