Credai to Assist Aurangabad Infrastructure Development

aurangabad-credaiAurangabad: Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI) has decided to consider Aurangabad infrastructure development by attending the infrastructure issues in the city. The CREDAI will take up Aurangabad infrastructure issues at the installation ceremony of the new division.Installation ceremony will be supervised by the Revenue Minister Balasaheb Thorat and State Education Minister Rajendra Darda along with Rajesh Tope, Minister of Technical and Higher Education and Aurangabad MP Chandrakant Khaire. The infrastructure development in Aurangabad is very poor due to which the city has witnessed setback in the real estate development and growth.The CREDAI president said that they have also taken up various issues in Aurangabad which includes water management. The water management has been in progress with solutions like water recycling and water harvesting. The organization is also involved in various activities related to the development of the city.In Aurangabad, the real estate sector has undergone an immense set back owing to the sluggish economy of the country. Slowdown in the economy has taken down Aurangabad real estate by about 25 per cent in the past few years. Although the development in Aurangabad has witnessed a great slowdown, property prices and land prices have not fallen.Considering the current situation of the city, CREDAI has decided to look into the city’s infrastructure development to get a boost in the real estate market of the city in the next couple of years.The ongoing crucial infrastructural  development which will change the face of Aurangabad in future include construction of National Highway connecting major cities from Aurangabad and Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC) project both of which are in the process of development .займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
