Ahmedabad: Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) announced that it will construct Economically Weaker Section (EWS) houses in India colony at Vaishali-Amrapali. The standing committee of AMC will construct ground floor and first floor houses for EWS sections at Vaishali-Amrapali in Bapunagar on National highway 8.The resolution for the construction of these houses is passed after the High Court’s order given to the AMC for construction of residential housing complex. According to the High Court order, the AMC will have to provide proper drainage system and electricity connection along with the construction of housing units. The high court also ordered AMC to grant NOC for the construction of these houses as early as possible.The AMC will have to construct these houses in two floors- ground and first floor. AMC will have to give ownership of these housing units to rightful occupants which will be assigned on the permanent basis to occupants. The order from high court also states that the AMC will ensure that owners can transfer these properties only after10 years from the accommodation.The AMC has been in disputes over its eviction of residents saying their houses were illegal and they had given notices for the same reason. Residents had filed a plea in the court and court decided to back residents and ordered the AMC to give back the acquired plots to residents and even build proper residential houses for the EWS.The High Court will ensure that the AMC will follow the order of the court and provide proper dwelling units for EWS in the India Colony.займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
