The Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) took action against illegal constructions in Wanowrie and Kondhwa. The civic administration demolished the illegal buildings which were spread over 5000 sq ft in these areas.PMC had already given notices to the building owners regarding the unauthorized construction work. Since the owners did not take any step, the civic administration took necessary action from their side. According to the officials, the buildings were knocked down using mechanized equipment. The action taken was mostly against commercial properties. Wanowrie and Kondhwa area have seen establishment of many commercial properties that have extended their premises at side margins. The PMC officials said that the builders did not take any permission for the construction neither did they legalize the properties. PMC razed the unauthorized constructions on the side margins and front margins. The illegal construction mainly comprised of hotels and restaurants.Apart from these areas, the civic administration is targeting other areas also and is taking action against this unlawful act. The main aim of the civic administration is to avoid the risk of accidents due to this illegal construction. Not only commercial even residential properties are being targeted. Unauthorized shed constructions, concrete homes in slum areas of Shivajinagar, Wadgaonsheri, Ambegaon, Kasba Peth, Kothrud, NIBM Road and Pashan have been also demolished.The PMC has also requested the citizens to raze the buildings that have become old and weak or dilapidated as there are possibilities that these buildings might fall during the rainy season.займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
