After making a grand entry in Indian real estate market with a luxury housing project in Pune, America’s property tycoon, Donald Trump is all set to launch his second realty project in India. American billionaire and a well-known real estate developer, Donald Trump is planning to come-up with his second luxury housing project in India. This project will be set-up in the financial capital, Mumbai.Trump Organization is a global luxury real estate company initiated by Donald Trump. This New-York based developer will mark his second brand license agreement and would tie-up with India’s renowned realty company, Lodha Group. This agreement will be similar to the earlier agreement of Trump Organization for its Pune-based luxury residential project. The company had tied-up with Panchshil Realty for this project.According to a report, the project with Lodha Group is said to be of about Rs. 160 to Rs. 170 crore. The project will not involve any construction or investment by Trump organization but will include a fee payment by Lodha group to the global realty company for licensed use of brand name, Trump for its upcoming project. The official spokesperson of Trump in India have neither denied nor confirmed about this tie-up.According to Trump, India have amazing long-term potential and is definitely one of the top choices for business interests. This business mogul is planning to expand its brand in other cities of India like New Delhi.
