Parsvnath Group Announces 5% Rise in Profit in Q1 FY14

parsvanathNew Delhi: The Parsvnath Group announced a 5% jump in profits at the end of June 2013 as compared to March 2013 quarter. The group reported that it has recorded a 4% increase in the revenue which amounted to Rs 188.86 crore and it paid taxes of Rs 15.56 crore.The Group credits the House of Happiness Scheme for such a success. Parsvnath Chairman Pradeep Jain said, “The scheme was launched as per our strategy to perk up demand in the otherwise slowing industry. The scheme was one-of-its-kind as we did not involve any subvention plan and buyers were given the comfort of paying only 25% at the time of booking and rest on possession. Outcome of the scheme has been very encouraging as we received overwhelming responses from the buyers.”The group, which is one of the leading real estate and infrastructure developers of the country, is focusing on the fast development of the ongoing projects to realize sales revenues faster. The House of Happiness Scheme has also been implemented on 20 projects in the cities of Delhi, Noida, Moradabad, Ghaziabad, Sonepat, Ujjain, Saharanpur, Panchkula, Dharuhera, Rajpura, and Bhiwadi.The Parsvnath Group is currently developing 49 projects across northern India. In Sohna, Gurgaon the developers are launching an integrated township which spreads across an area of 104 acres. It will also start construction of a commercial project in Connaught Place in Delhi.
