Navi Mumbai: Few years back, Navi Mumbai was one of the most coveted areas around Mumbai. The satellite town served as home for the explosive population that had shifted there to lighten up Mumbai. But today, as we commence towards a completely changed scenario, Navi Mumbai is attracting way less buyers than it ever had. Blame the delay in the delivery of promised infrastructure projects by the government coupled with unwillingness of developers to drop the property prices.Inventory is piling up and it is expected that it will take around 18 months to clear out the whole stack. Experts from the property research firm say that setback in infrastructure projects like Sewri-Nhava Mumbai Trans-Harbour Link and Navi Mumbai International Airport are some of the major depressing agents. People have expected that development of Harbour Link will aid the citizens in commuting and enhance the nexus between parts of the town and outside. The 2,072 hectares airport near Ulwe is also struggling to acquire few more acres of private land but faced opposition from the local people. The visibility of development in Navi Mumbai is nearly blackened, deterring the buyers. Before few years, affordable prices were the impetus behind high sales. Now these properties are as expensive as in other suburban areas, giving buyers more choices. In such case a buyer would prefer a lesser price property for sure.In areas like Ulwe, Taoja, Dronagiri, Seawoods, Karanjade, Sanpada, Airoli, Kamothe and Kalamboli, there are around 15,402 unsold flats and only in Panvel there are 11,000 unsold flats.займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
