Nagpur: Delay in one of the biggest economical development projects undergoing in the country ‘Multi-modal International Cargo Hub & Airport at Nagpur (Mihan)’ is negatively affecting the real estate industry of Nagpur. Developers blame the state government for sluggish improvement in Mihan and expected that if everything went on time then there would be immense growth in the realty sector. But Mihan is lagging behind and realty is experiencing weakness. Nevertheless this is only one part of the picture. There is a part of developers who are keeping up their spirits and continue to produce high rise buildings. They believe that the city has great potential ahead and emerge as investor destination in the future. Both sides seem correct but create a situation of dilemma. The number of developers in Nagpur has come down from 500 to 150 in just 4 years. Most of them have shifted their base from Nagpur to Indore and Raipur as they both are currently flourishing. Many builders are also expanding their reach to bigger metro cities. Also the prices in the prime areas have been increased by 100 percent in 5 years and it’s hard now to sell a property worth crores. However the prices in outskirts remains low and that is where renowned developers like Godrej Properties and Tata Realty and Infrastructure have launched their high rise residential complex. City based developers still dream of betterment of the sector and many say that as Mihan takes off, it will take realty with it to the sky.займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
