Gurgaon: De-notified Special Economic Zones (SEZs) in Haryana got the special indulgence which will enable these SEZs to become eligible for development of industrial colonies. Many developers claimed that they need a single windows clearance system for the licenses of these developments.DTCP recently announced a policy under the special dispensation for de-notified SEZs. According to the policy, SEZs can seek for the licenses of industrial colonies as a one-time relaxation in the designated land use provisions.According to this new policy, SEZs which are de-notified and situated in the urban or rural areas but are not included in the development plan’s residential zone will also be permitted for the industrial colony development. These SEZ should have land measuring 50 acres or above for the development of the colony. The site should have access to 22 feet wide public road and 24 meter-wide road for the connectivity. If the concerned sector has internal circulation roads of less than 24 meters, then they will be considered on 18 meter wide roads.Policy would also cover the SEZ which have already been de-notified by the Ministry of commerce and those which may be de-notified in the next six months from the date of notification.Formation of this new policy from the government is an attempt to help builders. The de-notified SEZ are stuck in the litigation between the builders and landowners. The landowners are demanding their land back and have already started cultivating the land. Over 50 land owners have appealed in Punjab and Haryana high court to get their land back. займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
