Formation of Telengana Brings Relief to Hyderabad Developers

telenganaHyderabad: Political turmoil is bad for business. It was worst for the Hyderabad realty sector. Coupled with the global meltdown, the city real estate had been having its worst time for the last few years when the chaos involving the question of creating a separate state for Telengana was turning everything upside down.As on July 30th the issue had been finally put to rest with the creation of Telengana, the dry spell for real estate development that had extended over the last four years is expected to come to an end. The industry experts are of the opinion that the splitting of the states will do good to the industry. The end of the confusion will now give the industry clarity about its future and developers can now know better where they are headed.Prior to the global meltdown in 2008 the city’s real sector was doing really well. After being hit by the meltdown the sector suffered substantially and the beginning of the Telengana movement totally crushed the sector in 2009. Over the last few months the real estate market has been able to stabilize itself but full recovery to former glory had been impossible. City realtor B V P Raju said, “That getting back to what it was during the boom time might take at least another six-seven months. But for now, the sector can be sure of no other southward movement.”The fact that Hyderabad will retain its status of being the capital is good news for both the states. It will ensure the uninterrupted flow of investments in to the Hyderabad real estate market. Ashwin Rao the director of Manbhum Construction Company said, “Also, it will give people who have already invested here a sense of security. Due to the recent uncertainty a lot of money was being diverted to other small destinations. That is likely to come back to the city now.” займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
